Hallertau Taurus is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. Hallertau Taurus is a hop with earthy aromas and hints of chocolate, banana, spice, pepper, curry. This hop has the highest xanthohumol content of any hop, which is a potent antioxidant.
