Description
Topaz is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. Topaz hops have light, tropical fruit flavors of lychee, clove-like spice and resinous grassy tones. This is a fantastic hop to use when dry hopping. When used with later additions and in higher gravity brews, specific flavor qualities come out as pleasant, and more pronounced light tropical fruit.
