Description

Ella is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. Ella a pleasant floral aroma that is backed by soft spice and also has described to include distinct grapefruit and tropical flavors. It is reminiscent of a noble variety in lower doses, but imparts strong tropical fruit flavors in larger additions.
