Description

Southern Cross is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. Southern Cross hops have aroma descriptors that include citrus and tropical fruit with hints of lemon zest, lime, pine and spice. It has excellent essential oils and low co-humulone delivering a delicate balance of citrus and spice when added at the end of boil.
