Description

Pilgrim is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. Specific aroma descriptors of the Pilgrim hop include distinct fruit and spice characteristics with pleasant lemon, grapefruit, pear and berry flavors. Pilgrim is a bittering hop and it has a full-bodied, refreshing and rounded bitterness. However, Pilgrim is also not too overpowering, so it’s a great hop to use if you want a very versatile yet robust flavor.
