Made from British winter barley. Germination and kilning profiles are adjusted to create a malt which will bring increased sweetness and body to the beer. Sweeter than Pale malts, Mild Malt is ideal for milds, porters, stouts, or even bitters where a sweeter wort is desired. Mild Malt is also higher in DP than Pale malts and safe to use with higher ratios of adjuncts.
