Caliente

Caliente is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. Caliente hops have flavors of citrus (lemon zest), peach and pine, with aromas of stone fruit and mandarin. While "caliente" means "hot" in Spanish, this hop is not spicy.
