Description

Saaz Late is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping. Beer hopped with Saaz Late is close to beers hopped with the traditional Saaz variety, but the lingering of the bitterness is slightly less. The character of the bitterness is somewhat less with greater astringency.
