Refractometer & Hydrometer Calculator

For simple conversion of unfermented wort, add your refractometer reading to the Refractometer OG field. Add a final reading to either the Refractometer FG or Hydrometer FG fields to calculate FG and ABV. Wort Correction adjusts for sucrose vs maltose—leave at 1 unless fermenting with lots of sucrose.

Old/New Cubic and New Linear are different FG calculations—you may compare with hydrometer readings to choose the most accurate. If unsure, start with the New Cubic result.
