Ariana is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping. Ariana hops have key flavors that include passion fruit, pineapple, jasmine and tangerine. It is also fruity, with intense berry character of black currant and gooseberry. Also has citrus high notes (particularly grapefruit) with slight resinous and herbal tones
